Job Summary:
Retail Jeweller India is seeking a skilled Telesales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential customers and promoting our products and services. This role involves cold calling, following up on leads, answering customer enquiries, and closing sales to meet targets.

Key Responsibilities:
* Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products and services
* Handling inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing or inquiring about our products and services
* Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or previous interactions
* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
* Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and offer additional services or products when appropriate
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
* Addressing customer complaints and issues effectively

Requirements:
* At least 2 years of relevant proven experience in telesales
* Strong phone handling and verbal communication skills
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets
