Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by contacting potential customers via phone, effectively presenting our products, and closing sales.

The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads through cold calling and follow-up calls, developing a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.

The successful candidate will achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs, provide excellent client service, and build long-term relationships with clients, as well as collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outgoing calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote our products and services.
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide excellent client service and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Graduate or bachelor's degree in business or related field is a plus.
