Head of Recruitment

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.
- Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and source candidates using various channels, including social media and professional networks.
- Interview Process Management: Conduct initial phone interviews and schedule subsequent interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Offer Management: Handle the offer process, ensuring timely and efficient communication with candidates.
- Data Analysis: Maintain data accuracy in our application tracking system to inform future recruitment decisions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (preferably) in engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in technology recruiting, including sourcing and managing the full recruitment life cycle.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
- Experience working in a high-caliber recruiting environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
