Our organization seeks a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to collaborate with department leaders and identify current and future staffing requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, and building relationships with placement officers.
Key Responsibilities:- Create job descriptions as per stakeholder needs
- Sourcing and screening profiles according to job specifications
- Recruit mid-level and senior level leadership hires
- Maintain trackers and reports for productivity
- Build a pool of qualified candidates
- Onboard new joiners in HR operations
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
