Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Governance Manager. This key position will play a pivotal part in ensuring our organization's operational discipline and compliance standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process adherence, identifying gaps, mitigating risks, and upholding our governance framework across various teams.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that requires close collaboration with sales, design, and other core teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Governance: Drive compliance with established SOPs across Sales, Design, Execution, and Vendor Experience teams.
  • Routine Checks: Conduct regular governance checks to ensure adherence to process frameworks.
  • Operational Discipline: Identify and address operational control gaps impacting service quality, timelines, or cost.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Education: Graduation/Post-Graduation required.
  • Experience: 6–8 years of experience in governance, compliance, risk management, vendor operations, or audit roles in a city-level or field operations capacity.
  • Key Skills: Hands-on knowledge of SOP enforcement, audit trails, documentation, and stakeholder training. Strong communication, analytical, and reporting skills with a bias for action.
  • Preferred Background: Real estate, interior design, consumer services, or execution-led businesses preferred.
