Identity Governance Lead

As a seasoned security professional, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation and delivery of identity governance projects focusing on SailPoint IdentityIQ.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, with a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience. They will lead cross-functional teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure successful IAM project execution.

This role involves:

  • Mentoring team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and driving continuous improvements in security delivery.
  • Leading solution design and adherence to industry best practices while overseeing SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations and operations.
  • Spearheading application integrations, including development of custom connectors, rules, reports, and workflows.
  • Providing expert troubleshooting and support for IAM-related issues.
  • Collaborating with operations teams, developers, and application owners for requirements gathering, design, and ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), compliance reporting, and IAM frameworks.

Additionally, they should have proficiency in BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs, SCIM, and experience with ERP/HR systems, Active Directory, and Service Standard Build (SSB) processes.

Experience with security frameworks and industry standards is also desired.

We're seeking an experienced professional who can champion automation, efficiency improvements, and risk reduction initiatives within the IAM domain.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Strong knowledge of IGA, compliance reporting, and IAM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in BeanShell, PowerShell, Java, SQL, LDAP, REST APIs.
  • Experience with ERP/HR systems, Active Directory, and SSB processes.
  • Bachelor's degree.
