Job Opportunity:

Our organization is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our team. This role involves prospecting, lead generation, and outreach activities to build a healthy sales pipeline and support the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require someone with excellent research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn, email tools, and databases to identify potential clients.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills (spoken and written English) and confidence in cold calling and client outreach.
  • Responsibilities also include generating new leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying prospects by understanding their business needs and mapping them to our services.
  • Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute outreach campaigns and follow up with leads consistently to nurture relationships.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for outreach and qualified leads.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in cold calling and client outreach are essential.
  • Strong research and prospecting skills using LinkedIn, email tools, and databases.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be beneficial.
  • Understanding of B2B sales and lead nurturing would be advantageous.
