Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- Automobile OEM Experience: Have extensive experience in handling Automobile Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) customers.
- Business Development and RFQ Management: Demonstrate strong business development, RFQ management, and budgeting skills to drive business growth.
- Long-term Planning and Strategic Sales Management: Possess excellent long-term planning and strategic sales management skills to achieve business objectives.
- Education: Hold an MBA, BE, or B.Tech qualification from a reputable institution.
