**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Contact potential and existing customers to promote company products and services via phone and chat.
- Persuade customers to make purchases and accurately record order details.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
- Use sales scripts to handle objections and close deals.
- **Order Management & Process Handling**:

- Take and process orders with precision and efficiency.
- Ensure all customer purchases are correctly processed and documented.
- **Customer Support & Retention**:

- Address customer grievances professionally to maintain brand reputation.
- Provide recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions, sales, and useful customer insights.
- **Performance & Target Achievement**:

- Strive to exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Go the extra mile to facilitate customer satisfaction and future sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduation / Post Graduation.
- **Skills & Experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English (spoken & written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer care Associate

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
