Job Role: Customer Service Lead
As a Customer Service Lead at Valde India, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our credit card customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to inbound calls from customers and resolve their queries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues.
- Adhere to information security norms and quality process norms.
- Stay up-to-date with process updates and changes.
- Act on feedback from team leaders, team coaches, quality, or coaching provided to the team to improve performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written (English and Tamil)
- Flexible to work 24/7, including Sundays and holidays
- Flexible to take scattered 8-week offs in a month with 9-hour shifts
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities
- Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge
- Team player with the ability to establish rapport quickly with peers, managers, and customers

Salary: Up to 3.11 L CTC + 10K Incentives
