Job Title: Customer Service Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead to join our team at sapwood Ventures Pvt Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and supervising online customer service processes, resolving customer complaints, and adhering to company policies and norms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate with the customer service team to ensure seamless delivery of customer service
- Prepare and give daily reports to management on customer service metrics and performance
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Digital media savvy and proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
