Job Description:

The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer interactions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Developing and implementing customer service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Service Team Lead at GoodWe, you will need:

  • A proven track record of leadership and customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving complex issues.
  • Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
