Job Description:
The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer interactions. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Developing and implementing customer service processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Analyzing customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
