Catering to a diverse clientele including small to large enterprises across various sectors, MNS has a dynamic workforce driving its vision of delivering comprehensive credit management solutions globally.
We are looking for an Associate Director, Growth Marketing who will design the GTM engine, run multi-channel demand generation, standardize lifecycle journeys with Sales/BDR, and build the analytics stack that ties every rupee to revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Run multi-touch ABM for top accounts; orchestrate LinkedIn, email, webinars, events, retargeting.
- Own paid search/social/display; lead SEO/content pillars (BIR, KYB, credit risk); set & enforce BDR SLAs (speed-to-lead, MQL→SQL).
- Analytics & Ops: Build a single source of truth (GA4 + CRM + ad platforms + call tracking + product analytics).
- Brand & Partnerships: Plan event calendar and co-marketing with TCIs/ECAs/fintech/LEI partners.
- Hire, coach, and performance-manage a lean team (Perf Mktg, Content/SEO, Marketing Ops).
- 7–12 years in B2B growth/demand gen for fintech/data/BFSI (India) with owned pipeline targets and measurable revenue impact.
- Strong SEO/content and paid acquisition execution at scale.
- Tools: HubSpot/Salesforce (or equivalent CRM/MA), GA4/Tag Manager, LinkedIn Ads/Google Ads, PostHog or Mixpanel, Semrush/Ahrefs.
- Crisp storytelling, exec-ready reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with trade credit insurance, collections, credit bureaus, or LEI workflows.
- Experience with PLG/self-serve motions and BFSI events.
