About the Job
As a Study Abroad Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students through the study abroad process. Your responsibilities will include counseling students for education opportunities in top destinations, supporting them throughout the admission process, and identifying prospective students through calling and reference follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for study abroad education opportunities in top destinations such as USA, UK, Germany, Ireland, New Zealand, and Europe.
- Support students throughout the admission process by answering questions and helping them complete required documents.
- Identify prospective students through calling and reference follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Experience as a study abroad counselor preferred.
- Well-polished communication skills.
- Lead generation and analytical skills.
- Graduation degree with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in inside sales and field sales.
- Exposure in marketing and customer service skills.
- A little understanding of the international admissions process for popular destinations.
