Overseas Education Counsellor ( UK / Ireland / Europe )
Roles & Responsibilities:
Drive  lead generation, application submissions, and student finalization/confirmation
Meet and exceed  student invoice targets  for each intake.
Deliver  high-quality counselling sessions , providing  accurate and ethical guidance  on university processes, admissions, application documentation, visa requirements, and interview preparation.
Support and execute  destination-specific activity calendars  to drive leads and conversions.
Ensure  100% compliance  with all university application processes, maintaining strong client and partner relationships.
Contribute as a  team player , supporting office operations with a  collaborative and proactive approach .
Implement  priority projects  at the office level to align with company goals.
Be  resourceful and a quick-thinking problem solver  to assist students effectively
For UK / Ireland role: Strong knowledge of UK education systems, university processes, application documentation, admission requirements, university and portal applications, CAS / visa interview requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree  (or equivalent certification) in a relevant field.
6 months – 2 years of experience  in educational counselling or a related field.
Strong knowledge of  UK including university admission processes, visa requirements, and application documentation.
Ability to  multitask under pressure  and meet deadlines/targets.
Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel .
Commitment to high-quality and ethical counselling.
Strong problem-solving and resolution skills .
