
Strategic Loan Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the loan origination process. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the loan sales process, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of loan sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Oversee the end-to-end loan origination process, including sourcing clients, loan processing, and documentation.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on loan products, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Monitor the team's performance, provide feedback, and ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Develop strategies to enhance loan sales and expand the team's market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and clients to ensure smooth loan processing.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process.
- Regularly review and analyze team performance and suggest improvements.
- Address and resolve client issues, providing solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in the loan sales or financial services industry.
- In-depth knowledge of loan products (personal, business, home, vehicle loans, etc.) and the sales process.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive results, handle challenges, and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory frameworks for loan disbursements.
- Analytical skills and ability to prepare reports and monitor team performance.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline; MBA or related certifications will be an added advantage.
