Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

At Tata AIA Life Insurance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase wallet share in allocated bank branches.
  • Work closely with Branch Managers to implement business plans and drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with bank sales and operations teams to ensure effective business execution.
  • Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required.
  • Develop and agree on short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • Product/subject matter expertise in life insurance.
  • Business perspective and planning skills.
  • Finance/insurance industry awareness.
  • Self-management and problem-solving skills.
  • Peer-level coordination and influencing skills.
