  • Owning one or more product modules, from requirement gathering through delivery
  • Translating business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and structured documentation

  • Leading sprint ceremonies, including planning, backlog grooming, and daily syncs
  • Working with stakeholders and customers to define custom features and integrations
  • Driving UAT, feedback collection, and iterative improvements post-launch
  • Balancing product goals with technical constraints and timelines
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to improve usability and long-term scalability

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SaaS or technical product environments
  • 2–3 years of experience as a Product Owner or in end-to-end product lifecycle management
  • Strong documentation and story-writing skills
  • Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA and ClickUp
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ownership mindset with accountability to timelines and outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work with partial time zone overlap
