Lead Technology Visionary

A forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer is sought to spearhead the development of a cutting-edge logistics and freight forwarding technology platform. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape the technological backbone and future of a company committed to digitizing and streamlining supply chain operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the current technological needs assessment and anticipate future requirements of our freight forwarding clientele, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry through continuous delivery of innovative and revolutionary SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and articulate a strategic technology vision that aligns with long-term product and business objectives.
  • Oversight of the technical roadmap, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and innovation are embedded across all platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology. Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, or transportation/supply chain software is essential.

The CTO will assume leadership of a well-established, product-centric software organization, driving strategic technology initiatives, scaling high-performing teams, and delivering impactful digital solutions that drive customer success and market leadership.

Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as CTO, VP Engineering, or Head of Technology.
  • Experience in logistics tech, freight forwarding systems, or transportation/supply chain software.
  • Proven track record of overseeing the design and delivery of SaaS products, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Technical expertise in cloud platforms, system architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., Java, Angular, etc.).
