Lead Technical Architect Position

We are seeking a skilled Lead Technical Architect to architect, design, and scale our core technology platform from the ground up.

You will drive innovative strategies to solve complex, high-scale problems and work closely with the founding team to shape the product roadmap, vision, and technical culture.

Your key responsibilities will include building and mentoring a strong engineering team, fostering ownership and innovation, collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless product execution, and delivering scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for nationwide adoption.

  • Architect, design, and scale the core technology platform from ground up.
  • Drive AI-first strategies to solve complex, high-scale problems.
  • Work closely with the founding team to shape product roadmap, vision, and technical culture.
  • Build and mentor a strong engineering team, fostering ownership and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions for nationwide adoption.

Required Skills & Qualification:

  • 8+ years of strong engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and cloud-based systems.
  • Hands-on coding ability and willingness to engage deeply with product development.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, inspire, and manage engineering teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-performance, startup environment.
  • Passion for solving meaningful problems with long-term impact.
