Lead Testing Strategist

As a Lead Testing Strategist, you will be responsible for defining, evaluating and evolving the testing strategy to ensure it supports the overall testing needs of the supported program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive testing strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the development of test plans and ensure their effective execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Define and implement testing standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in testing methodologies.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- Expertise in programming languages such as .NET and Angular.
- Experience in cloud-based technologies like AWS and GitHub Actions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
