Job Overview: As a Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, you will lead engagements and perform audits under a remote service delivery model following industry best practices. Your roles and responsibilities include executing and supervising work performed by staff, providing classroom training or on-the-job training, working on multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with diverse teams, and managing client expectations and escalations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of multiple client engagements across various industries.
  • Active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and lead change efforts effectively.
  • Consultation, collaboration, and servicing of client bases to make recommendations on business improvement and process improvement.
  • Teamwork with partners and senior managers on integration proposals and business development calls.
  • Management of multiple audit assignments simultaneously and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced team environment.
  • Performing and conducting detailed reviews of Senior Associates' work, providing on-the-job training and coaching to audit teams.
  • Staff management, development, training, and mentoring on projects, assessing performance for engagement and year-end.
  • Conducting one-to-one meetings with Senior Associates to discuss technical, soft skills, and career development goals.
  • Escalation email and call management, ensuring audit documentation compliance with quality standards.

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, people and project management skills.
