Job Description:


Genpact is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the accounts payable function as a Chief Financial Operations Officer. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end process of managing payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements to vendors.

In this position, you will work closely with the finance team to develop and implement best practices for accounts payable operations, driving efficiency and cost savings through process improvements and automation.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in financial operations, preferably with experience in accounts payable management. Your skillset should include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Rich experience in accounts payable management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
