Finance and Business Operations Executive

This role oversees the management of financial and administrative operations, ensuring day-to-day financial management, statutory compliance, procurement, insurance administration, and operational support.

  • Financial Management: Establish and manage accounting systems and processes for timely bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Payroll and Taxation: Oversee employee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all applicable labour, tax, and provident fund laws.
  • Insurance and Risk Management: Lead the procurement, review, and renewal of essential business insurance policies.
  • Financial Instruments and Banking Infrastructure: Develop and manage banking relationships to ensure optimal account structures for operational efficiency.
  • Procurement and Office Operations: Manage procurement of IT equipment, software licences, and office supplies.
  • Administrative Leadership and Record-Keeping: Develop and maintain internal administrative policies and workflows.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (CA/CPA/MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5–7 years' experience in finance, accounting, or business operations
  • Strong working knowledge of Indian labour law, tax compliance, and statutory reporting
  • Familiarity with risk management and insurance procurement, particularly in service-sector businesses
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and digital banking tools
