We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive to join our team. As a key member of the accounting department, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting and managing receivables.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and taxation. They should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop budgeting and costing strategies, manage sales registers, and perform general ledger reconciliation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly MIS and monthly closing activities.
  • Receivable Management: Manage sales registers, sales analysis, COGS analysis, collections, debtor management, and ensure timely payments.
  • Budgeting & Costing: Develop material costing and pricing, SMC costing run, model-wise and variant-wise cost sheet reconciliation between BOM vs purchase, costing scheduling, new model costing run, monitoring of consumption, activity cost and time computation, production order wise variance calculation, and production order settlement.
  • Taxation: Possess knowledge of direct and indirect tax including TDS and GST.
  • System Knowledge: Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel with good PowerPoint skills.
