Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, records, and accounts.
  • Handle payment processing, reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare business intelligence reports, profit/loss statements, and monthly performance dashboards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for ventures.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax) and statutory filings.
  • Assist in audits, financial documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with business teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
  • Implement internal controls to drive efficiency and reduce risks.
  • Support venture finance setup for new business units.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce (BCom/MCom) or professional certification (ICWA).
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, financial models).
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
