About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our end-to-end finance function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance with high accuracy and timeliness.

• Own month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial statements.

• Prepare management information reports, variance analysis, and other financial insights to support business strategy.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to optimize financial performance.

• Oversee tax filings, audits, and statutory compliances to minimize risks.

• Monitor cash flow and working capital to maintain healthy financial controls.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants as needed to achieve business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A Semi-CA or Qualified CMA with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Manufacturing/FMCG or fast-moving environments.

• Strong command over accounting standards, financial processes, and ERP systems like SAP.

• Tech-savvy with excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
