We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a large team of professionals focused on delivering complex management consulting services to banking and finance clients.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in management consulting, presales, and stakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering high-profile projects to senior client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Project management: Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within the banking and finance sector.
  • Stakeholder management: Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • Management consulting: Provide expert consulting services to banking and finance clients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
  • Sales and business development: Lead sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
  • 18+ years of experience in IT services / management consulting, with at least 10 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio in the banking and finance domain focusing on data & AI service offerings.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, and a deep understanding of the banking and finance industry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.

The successful executive director will drive business growth, ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and lead a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
