Job Title: Techno Functional Consultant - Core Banking

We are seeking an experienced techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for Flexcube core banking.

This is a key role where you will be responsible for supporting the entire spectrum of Oracle Flexcube modules, including Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance, and Payments etc.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Oracle Flexcube modules
  • Perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs
  • Strong understanding of Flexcube modules and configuration
  • Deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements
  • Capable of troubleshooting PLSQL APIs and Java based extensions within Flexcube
  • Manage EOD/BOD operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments
  • Document functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills:

  • 8+ Years of experience in Oracle Flexcube as techno-functional consultant
  • Strong understanding on Oracle Flexcube universal banking base and banking domain process
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Knowledge on Oracle FLEXCUBE Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
