**Job Title:** Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate must have strong functional and technical knowledge of payroll processes and elements set up for the US and Canada region, with a focus on implementing Payroll elements and configurations.
  • Must have experience in North America Taxation, ability to write fast formulas for payroll elements, and good understanding of BIP and OTBI development, SDLC, JIRA knowledge, and HDL experience.
  • Responsible for gathering detailed functional requirements from the business, documenting these in functional specifications, and regression testing of RICE components.
  • Consults on requested configuration changes, partnering with the team to determine best options for design decisions based on documented requirements, current configuration, and downstream impacts.
  • Analyzes the impact of configurational changes to Payroll Fast Formulas and ensures data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master or equivalent graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or other relevant fields.
  • Strong communications skills (both verbal & written) and positive learning attitude.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
