Oracle HCM Functional Consultant - Recruiting Cloud Expert

 

As a seasoned Oracle HCM Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in implementing and optimizing our Recruiting Cloud solutions. With extensive expertise in Oracle HCM, particularly in the Recruitment Cloud module, you will drive successful projects from inception to delivery.

 

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Design and implement comprehensive Recruiting Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather functional specifications and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud features, functionalities, and best practices.
  • • Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • • Foster effective relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Recruiting Cloud applications.
  • • Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends, technologies, and Oracle product releases to maintain expertise and drive innovation.

 

  • Requirements:
  • • 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment Cloud.
  • • Proven track record of successfully implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions.
  • • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and experience configuring Recruitment Cloud to support these processes.
  • • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to lead functional discussions and analyze build requirements.
  • • Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations, including knowledge of APIs, extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader.
  • • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments.
  • • Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
