Job Title: HCM Fusion ORC Lead

Hiring for an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to maintain and implement Oracle Cloud HCM systems, focusing on the ORC module.

This is a high-level position that requires expertise in Core HR & ORC Modules. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and data flow.

The successful candidate will be responsible for client-facing roles, interacting with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager
  • Assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems, interacting with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables

The role requires a candidate with 8+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, covering the hire to retire cycle. Experience with at least 4 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with HCM Cloud is essential.
