Are you a seasoned expert in Oracle database administration seeking a challenging role where you can leverage your skills to drive business success?

  • This Senior DBA Consultant position offers an opportunity to lead the administration, optimization, and security of multiple Oracle databases (11g, 12c, 19c, 21c) across production, development, and QA environments.
  • You will perform installations, upgrades, patching, and migrations, including platform and cross-version migrations, to ensure seamless database operations.
  • With your expertise in high availability architecture, you will design and implement robust configurations using Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, and GoldenGate to minimize downtime.
  • Achieve optimal database performance through advanced tuning techniques and automation of administrative tasks using shell scripting, PL/SQL, or Python.

This is a highly technical role that requires collaboration with SAP Basis teams to support SAP systems running on Oracle, including performance tuning and backup coordination.

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring database compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards (SOX, ISO, etc.) and participating in capacity planning, infrastructure scaling, and cloud database strategy (OCI, AWS RDS, etc.).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
