Senior Manager

The Financial Leader will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, General Ledger, Accounts Receivable and Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic understanding of accounting principles and practices, encompassing GAAP, IND AS and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience in handling day-to-day GST & TDS compliance related matters.
- Preparation of GST related workings for the purpose of filing GST returns.
- Management of GST Annual audit and preparation of all relevant GST reconciliations.
- Oversight of day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Development of financial plans and budgets, monitor performance against budget and analyze variances.
- Coordination with external auditors to share required audit data for audit completion.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding regarding accounting for Inventory and Fixed Assets.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
Preferred experience in working on Oracle ERP system.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance. Chartered Accountant preferred.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
