Job Title: Senior Contract Management Professional

As a senior contract management professional, you will oversee all pre and post-contract activities for residential luxury villa projects. This pivotal role requires managing contracts, leading project initiatives, and developing vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of pre and post-contract processes to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead project management initiatives to deliver projects within defined scope and budget constraints.
  • Manage vendor development processes, including evaluation, onboarding, and maintenance of strong relationships with external partners.
  • Conduct rate analysis and negotiate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to secure advantageous terms and conditions.
  • Ensure financial accuracy across projects by supervising budgeting, cost analysis, and comprehensive reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BE Civil).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contracts management, project management, and vendor development within the real estate sector.
