Job Title: Facilities and HR Generalist
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Facilities and HR Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our corporate teams, including human resources, facilities management, and administration.
Key Responsibilities- Manage onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and social events.
- Collaborate with managers to provide performance feedback and coaching to employees.
- Maintain employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on company policies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee retention.
- Work closely with the facilities team to ensure the upkeep of our office spaces, including electrical, air conditioning, fire safety, and internet services.
- Manage minor projects, such as civil and MEP repair works, and soft services like housekeeping and security.
- Coordinate inventory management and vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with building fire approval and lift regulations.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with HR generalist duties, including recruitment, training, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with facilities management principles, including space planning and maintenance.
