Job Title: Data Compliance Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's compliance with I-9 and E-Verify regulations.

About the Job
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to execute I-9 processes for all consultants.
  • The selected candidate will verify supporting documents prior to executing I-9s.
  • E-Verify audits will be conducted, and I-9/everify will be filed to maintain compliance with DHS/USCIS.
  • You will assist the immigration team in resolving I-9 related issues.
  • A high level of accuracy is required when verifying I-9 forms and supporting documentation for all hires.
  • Stay up-to-date with new I-9 processes and e-verify processes through USCIS webinars and share knowledge with internal teams.
  • Communicate I-9 and e-verify issues with management and resolve them using USCIS resources and I-9 Central support.
  • Sub-tier I-9 issues will also be resolved by the selected candidate.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Familiarity with I-9 and E-Verify regulations is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Candidate must have strong communication skills.
