Job Title: Compliance Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Compliance Specialist. As a key member of our Information Security department, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of our business by helping customers understand our security posture.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and responding to customer inquiries related to our Information Security. You will work closely with domain experts, peers, partners, and business/tech leaders to deliver accurate security responses and services.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 7+ years of experience in Information Security and Compliance. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

About You:

  • You will consistently deliver responses and services of inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • You will collaborate with domain experts, peers, and partners across the organization to collect and track process data to improve customer experience.
  • You will populate internal knowledge management tools with product-level information in a structured approach to enable data mining.
  • You will contribute to and achieve business and departmental goals and objectives.
  • You will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to improve risk awareness and compliance.
  • You will identify process improvements and automation opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve compliance across the organization.
