Job Title: Ethical Compliance Specialist

Key Deliverables:
  • Implement and monitor training and awareness initiatives
  • Validate compliance training data to ensure accuracy
  • Support development of dashboards and reports for leadership stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate communication campaigns
Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage course assignments and resolve training escalations
  • Collaborate with HR and compliance departments for program alignment
  • Analyze and troubleshoot training-related issues, maintaining accurate records
  • Promote internal awareness on Code of Conduct and policies

As an Ethical Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization's training programs are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement training initiatives that promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
