As a Compliance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

 Gain comprehensive understanding of company objectives, mission, vision, values

and policies through self-initiated and guided learning. Engage with cross-functional

teams, process manuals, legal circulars and internal systems to build domain

knowledge.

 Conduct detailed audits of physical documents, emails, CRM/ERP entries, and other

communication channels. Identify policy breaches, propose corrective actions, and

suggest process enhancements to mitigate recurring compliance issues.

 Address customer grievances routed through the Customer Grievance Cell in a timely

manner. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys using digital and physical methods.

Analyse feedback to identify service gaps and propose improvement.

 Maintain and share work calendars, task trackers, and audit reports periodically as

required by the management or departmental head.

 Execute additional tasks assigned by the Training and Compliance Department or

Management as per organizational requirements.

Requirements:

 Qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream.

 Work Experience – 2 to 6 years' in a similar role such as Process Auditor,

Process/Management Trainer or Compliance Specialist. Experienced in handling

compliance, process optimization and customer grievance redressal is preferable.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel (functions, data analysis, pivot

tables, etc.).

 Self-driven, disciplined, punctual, excellent time management, proficient in verbal

and written communication, problem-solving and conflict management. Strong

auditing and process understanding.

 Fluency in English and Hindi (verbal & written) is mandatory. Working knowledge of

Telugu is an added advantage.
