Job Opportunity: IT Compliance Specialist

As an IT Compliance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our company's technical excellence and strategic partnerships with Oracle and Salesforce. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, creating reports for multiple audits, and submitting them to exchanges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines by reviewing new rules and updates
  • Create detailed reports for multiple audits and submit them to relevant authorities
  • Evaluate company operations on IT/Security and Trading
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Enforce compliance policies across systems
  • Develop and maintain documentation of compliance processes
  • Conduct data protection and application audits
  • Perform internal audits and evaluate effectiveness of existing processes
  • Stay updated with the latest audit frameworks and best practices

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 Years of Experience in IT Audit or Compliance
  • Hands-on experience with risk registers, risk treatment plans, and compliance frameworks
  • Knowledge of auditing tools like Nessus and Zabbix
  • Familiarity with security protocols and threat management
  • Ability to draft and validate IT policies and procedures
  • Experience with data classification, masking, and retention
  • Understanding of secure storage, encryption, and access controls
  • Ability to create audit trails, evidence repositories, and compliance dashboards

Tools and Technologies:

  • Nessus, Zabbix, LDAP, AWS IAM
