Compliance Specialist - Risk Governance Expert

The role of a Compliance Specialist is pivotal in maintaining a robust and compliant environment within an organization. As a key member of the Internal Controls team, this position is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.

  • Job Description:
  • • Drive assessment routines to ensure timely and accurate execution, aligning with Service Level Agreements defined by the global director.
  • • Operate dashboards such as COGNOS and Sales Outlier to provide comprehensive insights into compliance metrics and outliers.
  • • Establish governance over MICS reporting to ensure consistency and accuracy across zones.
  • • Develop and distribute MICS results and related data reports to various stakeholders globally.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Conduct continuous validation of all internal control applications, including MICS scoring tables and Self-Assessment scores.
  • • Collaborate with tech teams using agile methodologies to develop best-in-class Governance, Risk, and Compliance solutions.
  • • Govern the integrity and accuracy of Self-Assessment Master data and Key Performance Indicator data fed into the datalake.
  • Requirements:
  • • Chartered Accountant or degree in Computer Science or similar qualification.
  • • 3-5 years of experience in internal controls or financial reporting, PowerBI, client-facing roles, or inhouse stakeholder facing roles.

• Proficient English language skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• PowerBI, SQL, PowerApps working knowledge (good to have).

• Hands-on experience with Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
