About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key institutional clients across PAN India, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will develop new business opportunities by identifying potential institutional clients and conduct negotiations for contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs) with institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key institutional clients to drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the institutional channel aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for institutional accounts.
  • Track and monitor key sales metrics such as sales volume, revenue, and profitability to ensure targets are met.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 36 years of experience in business development and sales.
  • MBA degree required.
