
HR Strategic Leader

Key Role:
A highly skilled and strategic leader is required to oversee multiple HR functions, including employee engagement, payroll, compliance, policy/process development, and talent management.
Job Summary:
- Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing improvement of comprehensive HR programs that drive business growth and support organizational excellence.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, as well as maintaining a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with company culture and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters, collaborating closely with management and employees to resolve issues and foster a positive work environment.
- Drive innovation in HR practices through process improvements, technology adoption, and data-driven insights.
- Build and standardize HR processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Develop, implement, and monitor training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 2+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to lead policy/process building initiatives and foster innovation in HR practices.
