Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Travel Consultant to handle end-to-end travel arrangements for employees, management and guests.

The ideal candidate will coordinate domestic and international travel bookings, maintain records of all bookings, cancellations and re-schedulings, and liaise with travel agents, vendors and service providers to ensure cost-effective and timely services.

  • Handle flight, train, hotel, cab and visa arrangements.
  • Coordinate travel bookings according to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all bookings.
  • Liaise with travel agents and vendors.

The successful candidate will also assist with visa applications, travel insurance and foreign exchange as required, track travel expenses and submit reports to management, and provide assistance during emergency travel situations or last-minute changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in any field; a diploma in Travel and Tourism is an asset.
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate travel or travel agency.
  • Strong organizational, coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
