Job Description

The Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. This dynamic individual will be responsible for converting leads into confirmed bookings, providing personalized travel experiences, and delivering exceptional after-sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries to effectively convert leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their travel preferences, budgets, and requirements, ensuring seamless communication and tailored solutions.
  • Present comprehensive travel packages, offers, and customized itineraries in a professional and persuasive manner, highlighting the value proposition of each option.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential clients to ensure conversions and build long-term relationships.
  • C coordinate with operations and product teams to guarantee smooth execution of bookings, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth through strategic planning, proactive problem-solving, and effective collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, enabling confident and clear communication with domestic and international clients.
  • Prior experience in travel sales, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as on-the-job training and mentorship will be provided.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse client needs and preferences.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations, holiday packages, and itineraries is a plus, demonstrating your passion for the industry and commitment to staying up-to-date with market trends.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office, CRM tools, and email handling, allowing seamless integration with our systems and processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, remaining composed under pressure and focused on achieving goals.
