Travel Support Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless travel experiences for our contractors and staff. Your primary responsibility will be to plan, organize, and manage travel arrangements that meet the needs of travelers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Booking and Coordination: Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and other travel logistics to ensure a smooth journey.
  • Expense Management: Monitor and control travel expenses to optimize resources.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to established policies and procedures.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with vendors to secure the best rates and services.
  • Itinerary Management: Review and share detailed travel itineraries to guarantee they meet traveler requirements.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any issues that arise during travel, such as flight cancellations or unexpected changes.
  • Travel Guidance: Provide travelers with essential information on travel regulations and safety protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of travel arrangements, expenses, and other relevant data.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with travelers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
