We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our promotional products sales team.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management, with a strong background in the promotional industry.
- B2B Sales: Help companies build their brand through promotional products and online stores.
- Sales Development: Prospect leads, outreach efforts, and reactivation of dormant customers.
- Customer Relations: Develop and manage customer relations for client accounts.
- Product Research: Research product and provide recommendations, including virtual and physical samples.
- Order Management: Prepare quotes, receive artwork, and enter sales orders via Salesforce.
- Client Communication: Communicate extensively with clients on orders, shipping information, and other selling duties.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Account Management
- Promotional industry experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Software applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Above-average typing skills
- Effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Arrangements:
- Remote
- Mon-Fri
- Fixed weekend off
- CST coverage
- US Time zone
Compensation Package:
- Base hourly rate
- Unlimited percentage commission
- Quarterly incentives
