Transform Your Business with a Sales Strategy Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team in the US. This is a remote position with flexible working hours.

The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in B2B sales via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent (temp) staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a sales pipeline and build new client relationships in assigned territories
  • Secure access to decision-makers and sign contracts for Full-time and/or Contingent workforce solutions and services
  • Manage CRM records and collaborate with marketing activities to generate qualified target opportunities
  • Establish action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual with high integrity and assertive nature, strong decision-making skills, and professional attitude and work habits
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and work independently
