The role in a nutshell:
The key goal of the Payroll SME is to support the processing of complex payrolls to deliver these accurately and on time. Works in conjunction with Senior IPS in the processing of new payrolls, to ensure these have been implemented correctly and are operationally ready. Supports the team with expertise in the field of country specifics and/or payroll specifics and/or process specifics and/or system specifics, on an ongoing basis.

How you will make a difference:

- Support timely and accurate payroll processing (new implementations and client, country, process, system-specific tasks)
- Post supporting a new payroll for 3-6 months assists the
- Handover of that payroll to an IPS/JR. IPS and take a new set of payrolls from Implementation
- Participate in handover meetings with Implementation.
- minimize the risk of repeated failures.
- Act as the first gatekeeper of the GMP Operations
- Knowledge Base content (client, country, process, system) and coordinate with IPS’s, Team Leads to regularly review and update content.
- Consult with clients to understand country, payroll,
- process, system-specific challenges and work with ICP’s and the team in driving the issues to closure.
